Hindi Inter House Debate classes 6, 7 and 8

An inter house Debate competition for classes 6 to 8 was organised on July 20 th 2024 in Guru Nanak Academy. Two speakers from each of the four houses participated in competition. There were two categories.
The topic for the debate for category 1 represented by classes 6and7 was ‘Desh ki swachhata kya kewal Sarkar ki jimmedari hai?” Angel saxena of Ajit house was judged the best speaker while the Arpita of Jujhar house and taranjeet Singh of zorawar house took the second position. Topic for category 2 represented by class 8 was” Uttarakhand mein Paryatan athva tirthaton ek badhta bojh.
Aditya sharma of Fateh house was judged the best speaker. Drshti Thapa of Ajit house took the second position.
Overall Zorawar house capture the first position and Jujhar house took the second position in category 1.
In category 2 Ajit house took the first place and Fateh house was satisfied with the second position
The judges where impressed by the performance of the debaters.

The competition was judged by Hindi teacher from Cambrian Hall School Mrs Shakuntala Bisht and senior Hindi teacher from Doon World School Mrs Babita kathait.
The winners were awarded certificate by the principal of Guru Nanak Academy.
