Republic Day Celebrations kick start with the little ones at GNA

The 75th Republic Day was celebrated with pride and reverence at Guru Nanak Academy. The students took part in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood. Flag hoisting was followed by the National Anthem to pay tribute to the motherland. The celebrations commenced with an English prayer followed by a hymn. The cultural celebrations included speeches(Hindi and English),patriotic songs, dance that triggered in the children and teachers alike many emotions, pride, love and respect for the country. The theme for the Republic Day 2024 was “India is the mother of democracy” and “Vikshit Bharat”.
